How To Get Rich Quick

If Get-rich-rich-quick Works, Why Isn’t Everyone Rich?
Americans are not exactly known for their patience and persistence. We live in a microwave society and we wan it now. When we eat we want it fast, even if it’s not the healthiest food. When the store is one mile from home we drive because we don’t have time to walk. And when we are newly married we want everything our parents have, not realizing it took them thirty-five years to obtain it.
How different would it be if we took the time to do things the right way? What would it look like to actually save money and pay cash for a vacation? That is what my grandfather did when he and my grandmother took their family on a road trip. Believe it or not they saved their cash little by little until they had enough cash to pay for gas, lodging and food. On this cash-for-purchase plan they drove all throughout the United States with four kids.
What we need to do is take a lesson from the crock pot. You know the appliance; you put the ingredients in, turn it on and 10 hours later you have a room full of good smells and a tasty dinner.
Why not take the same approach with your money? Yes, I know, it can be boring and awfully dull to take the slow approach, but do you honestly know anyone who has gotten rich quick? Me neither.
Instead, use some common sense and a lot of hard work. When you take the opposite approach of most everyone else in America you should do just fine.

All the while he’s pursued by a dedicated FBI agent named Carl Hanratty (Tom Hanks), whose dogged determination sta… |

Tuck Everlasting $5.45 With the makings of a classic, Disney’s Tuck Everlasting compares favorably with such family favorites as The Secret Garden and Fairy Tale: A True Story. Hiding their secret over passin… |
